This is where the hidden added costs came from. And there is no way to dispute these. I'm not bitter or angry just never gonna use uhaul again.

DANIEL RWhen you reserve equipment, you expect it to be there when you arrive. I had to go to another location to get a dolly and moving pads because my pickup location didn’t have what I reserved. I never did get all the pads I reserved. The truck window was open and it was raining when I got there. Another thing… a 15’ trucks means FLOOR SPACE, not including the mom’s attic. A 12’ truck with a mom’s attic isn’t a 15’ truck. U-Haul is the only company I’ve ever heard of, and I’m a commercial driver, that would so blatantly lie to customers and add the shelf to the box size. I had to pack 2 vehicles with items because I expected a 15’ truck to actually be 15’ of useable space. The entire process with U-Haul was a pain.
