Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy experience at Gregs Service Center was excellent. Greg was friendly and funny, and very professional. The truck return was easy and hassle free. The Auto Tow return was also very easy. I will choose Gregs Uhaul for my next move.
SONJA TI would like to recommend to U-Haul to make the check out process much easier. The current online process requires downloading the app, setting up an account, duo security checks x2, and then a lot of questions. We had to complete this lengthy process in 100F weather this afternoon, and it was really unpleasant. It took us 20 minutes. Please make this process quicker, and a lot more user friendly. Thanks ! Maria LHe is very nice we rented off of him before
Keith LGreg was great but had to charge $39 for extra miles. Drove straight from SC to NC, to drop off at storage and to drop off….didn’t consider that as extra miles!
