None needed. The people here were great to work with. Everything was explained to me and they made sure I understood each step we took. They were very helpful when I needed to wxtend my rental. Will definitely use them in the future.

William W10/10 customer service!
alyssa pThe pickup instructions were unclear. Granted, the location was closed since it was Sunday but something as simple as a picture of the lock would have been helpful to getting the key. The truck did not brake well, and the steering shook significantly while braking. The truck felt unsafe at times to drive.
Kyle FI was told from U-Haul I was receiving a 50$ credit, none of that was added to the receipt after I said something to the dealer in person, they also told me it was an extra dollar per mile over 40 and they charged me for all the mileage.
