Quick and easy to drop off trailer; everyone was kind.
DIANA MI had a great experience with this U-Haul box truck rental. Tom, the proprietor, was friendly and personable while completing the check-in, and he answered all my questions about the vehicle. He had the supplies I ordered ready for use. The truck was clean and in good mechanical condition. It was easy to return the truck (Tom indicated I could return it without backing it in, which I appreciated). I recommend this U-Haul location.
GREGORY SThe only thing I felt was missing was the safety pin for the hitch to keep it from popping off the ball. Otherwise, everything was great, service was great, Tom and LeeAnn are awesome to work with!
Jodi RTom was awesome! He thoroughly explained everything to me. The U-Haul computer system was down so he completed the rental with paper and pencil so we could be on our way. He even hooked up the trailer for me and gave me some towing tips. This is a GREAT U-Haul location!
