Then play that greeting me was very rude and I could not get the return checklist completed on my phone. I called for help. The lady on the phone was nice, but I didn’t receive a call back for several hours and went home before I got an answer.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere were miscommunications all around. I reserved my truck months in advance, but had to make a change a week before moving. I called and talked to someone at the store I originally picked and they said they would get it all changed for me. The day before my move, someone called and told me that I couldn’t do that day because no one was there to set up the truck. I moved my move date and the store, but was told that I couldn’t do mobile pickup. The day of my move came and I sat waiting for the store to open because I was told no mobile pickup. Finally, I called UHaul because the store wasn’t opening. They told me I had mobile pickup. Very frustrating experience during an already stressful time.

JOSE PI can't think of anything right now. Everything was clear and concise. Oh, I did have one thing. When we checked out, I was told there would be a text message to validate the equipment. What I didn't understand was that the validation was supposed to be completed before I left the lot. When I tried to perform the validation at my home, the link was no longer valid.
