veronica SI guess that I didn't realize I had to use the app. When I went to drop off the truck, the person behind the register said I had to look at my contract to return the truck. My contract had nothing on it, then I realized it was in the app. I don't like to keep adding apps to my phone, but luckily this time I did. It will be deleted once I'm totally done with this rental. I was disappointed that I had to go back out and take a bunch of pictures and that the pick-up/drop off location didn't come out to look at the truck. It would be helpful to tell people what is needed when picking up and dropping off the truck. This was the first time I used the app and I was totally confused. Don't think I will do this again.
JUDITH PThe air conditioner system needs to be recharged. It was very warm in the cab. Everything else was okay.
