The location was okay. Had to back out on to a busy street with a 26’ truck, which wasn’t ideal. The lock box with keys was broken and unlocked for self check out. Glad nothing funny happened over night before we could pick up the keys. That would have ruined a highly logistical move in day for us.
Lindsay WPick up was easy.

Brennan G1) It was difficult to determine where to return the Uhaul. There was only a single small U-haul Rental sign located on the very edge of the property making it appear as though it was on the adjacent property. 2) The parking lot was so small that two U-hauls would fill it up. 3) I inquired about returning the U-haul truck to the single employee inside. He says, “Make sure you have the correct mileage and fuel or I will rape you.” I stood in silence surprised by his comment even if it was meant in some form of jest. But then he doubled down saying, “I am not joking. No fucks given. I will fuckin rape you if you don’t have the correct mileage and fuel in the tank.” I am not intimidated easily, plus my brother who is even larger than myself was waiting for me outside. I simply clarified where to park, parked, gave him the keys and then called U-haul customer service. Another person would probably be putting forth a lawsuit if this happened to them.
