The electronic pickup process is difficult to navigate. I tried to do the sign in on my phone and finally gave up. Then when we picked up the trailer I had to use my phone to submit a picture of my drivers license and this was difficult for an old geezer like me.

Check to make sure auto carriers are ready to be put in service. Right rear tire was at 3 lbs air pressure. Tire straps were all twisted and very difficult to use.
DALLAS BMaybe make sure the location is a Lil closer to the person picking it up, we passed 3 other uhaul spots on our way to pick up the truck which was 20 mins out of our way clear on the other side of town. Then I return the truck almost a whole day early and couldn't get any type of compensation nothing.
Shirley Rwhy ask for a survey on an after hours drop off, and then not let the survey be submitted due to selecting not applicable for personal and whether the location was clean and inviting. Common sense says, I cannot rate people who work there if no one is there, and if the place is close, how would i know if the inside is clean and inviting. Am I supposed to rate it on appearance of the parking lot along. So, since I cannot move on with the survey without selecting an option. I put no on every question.
David GHad difficulty getting the driver side door to shut. Truck had no indicator light or chime that the door was open, only noticed it because you could hear road noise and wind coming in and had to pull over to shut it and it had to be slammed hard to fully close. That happened multiple times. Called the location the day after I returned it to let them know and they took the info to pass along to Uhaul direct and asked addition questions so they had the info correct. The location was great.
