Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had a reservation for uhaul but when i went for pick up they didnt look at it. They just did their own formalities and chose options without asking me for it. I never opted for insurance, environment safety stuff, so due to that I end up paying extra money. Also billing was made twice for no reason, they deducted more money. I got truck last time from Brampton, it caused me less than from this erin location. Of course kilometers were more from Brampton than Erin but still i paid extras. So be careful before you go there.
Gurjot SI booked from Caledon location nd then they sent me Erin which was another 20km nd they made me paid extra just for their own mistake
Talwinder SWas a great day overall very pleasant experience with all that was involved with my rental
Robert Jpicking up the truck when a business is closed is increasingly frustrating and took about 30 mins. it would've been nice if I was told that when booking. it is not a quick process. drop off was better since the business was open. the truck had a flat and cracked tire when we got it back to our house. it was clearly not inspected well enough between rentals. we then had to wait for the tire guy with Howie about 60mins. Howie was incredible, very nice, fast, efficient, and even offered to help us lift heavy items since we hadn't started packing the truck yet. overall not a great experience and would consider a different business in the future
