The truck was not ready for us to pick up. We were then instructed to go to another uhaul renter and they also did not have a truck for us like we were told. Threw our entire plan for the day out the window.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. My order was not handled correctly, and I was charged for services and items I didn’t request. More importantly, a tire that was worked on ended up blowing out while I was driving. I later found out it had been retreaded, which I wasn’t made aware of. This led to damage to many of my personal belongings and created a very stressful and unsafe situation. I’m hoping this was an isolated mistake, but it’s something that needs to be addressed. I’ve reached out to the business and am hoping for a fair resolution.
