The self service can be better than what it is. It took me almost an 1hr to get the truck because of self service. The pictures wouldn’t take the way it should have, there was a few hiccups but it was overall cool just fix minor issues thats taking away time from our rental

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisShowed up to pick up a truck and no one is there sooo why have counter pick up and then spendent 45 mins doing the on line crap so wast of my time
Scott SService was horrible
Linnett RNo one was willing to help me find the keys to the vehicle. Everyone seemed annoyed as I asked them for help.
Marcella RHave your 24/7 service actually work the way it should. Uploading ID took a dozen tries. Uploading at drop off was unsuccessful. I was charged a $20 late fee because the location was closed on the weekend. I had to argue to get it refunded. A 24/7 service doesn’t have hours so a late fee was just a backward way to cheat the customer.
