This location’s working style is like a ghost location. No one there to guide and misguided information for picking up and Dropping off key. There were no lock box and mentioned details showing us lock box key pick up. Also I waited there for 1 hour to pick up U Haul because of key and I didn’t get reimbursed also while dropping off, I waited there for 45 minutes for key drop off. And this mentioned location was moved from original address and still they operate business from that location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery disappointing experience with this U-Haul location. I would not recommend it. The customer service at this location is extremely poor. It is very difficult to find anyone in the office, even during business hours. I tried calling the location multiple times, and nobody answered the phone. The U-Haul truck I received was also not properly cleaned, which made the overall experience even worse. The biggest problem happened when I tried to return the truck. I arrived before my scheduled return time, but all of the parking spaces at the U-Haul drop-off location were occupied by other vehicles. There was nowhere available to safely park the truck. Because nobody from the location was available to help, I had to call U-Haul customer service and spend approximately two hours speaking with different representatives just to figure out where I could leave the truck. Eventually, a representative had to authorize me to park it nearby and document the situation with pictures. Returning a rental should not be this stressful or take hours because the location has no available parking and nobody is available to assist customers. Overall, the location is poorly managed, communication is terrible, the vehicle was not clean, and the return experience was extremely frustrating. This experience caused me to waste a significant amount of time and delayed the rest of my plans for the evening. Based on my experience, I would not rent from this location again.
