was very happy with the truck and the individuals who rented me the equipment I was not at all happy with the computer aspect of the rental. When I returned the truck I was hit with a 5 fee for gas, even though I had just put 20 gas in it and had returned it with more gas than I had received. Five bucks is nothing, but when you rent truck that is advertised at 29,95 and end up paying over 173 it is upsetting.

DAVID KThe cab was still a bit dirty from the previous customer and their old contract was still in the vehicle, which has sensitive customer data on it. Other than that, the rest of the vehicle was in really good shape.
Alexander IEasy to find. Other U-Haul trucks are very visible. Very well lit for night drop-off. Made taking photos and doing online return very easy. Key slot also in highly visible area and well lit. Would highly recommend.
