Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe dropped the truck off at night and the location was lit very well. There was no one there as it was late at night but we were able to talk to someone on the phone who was very helpful. The lot is supposed to have room for 4 trucks, but because the three trucks that were there were not parked in a manner that allowed a fourth truck. The woman on the phone advised us of an alternate spot to park.
MARY CNo key was left for my after-hours pick up. Had to return next morning. No mention of the inconvenience and no apology. Also paid for blankets which were not included. Didn’t feel safe picking up after-hours.
Cari FMrs. Lisa was so kind and respectful and there at my urgent time of need. Payment should complete by the 3rd of February, 2026. . Thank you.
PATRICIA TMy pick up location was changed to here and I thought it was going to be fine. What I did not know was that I would not be having any actual face to face contact with anyone. I was told that my dolly was Amal going to be available that I reserved. There was no dolly. I am still waiting on a phone call from management.
