The tire straps were malfunctioning and would come undone every few hundred miles. This made it a nerve racking experience driving nearly 800 miles with a vehicle. Additionally the strap release was malfunctioning and was very had to pull straps out of.

Trailer lights didn’t work.
Melissa HThe corporate UHaul office needs to change hours for this location because there was no one at the location until an hour and a half after they were said to be open on the uhaul site. The 800 number was helpful but I also got a text saying my equipment was at a location near me and then got called the day before saying there was no truck available to me. When we figured out a pickup location that could work, I then found out there was an available truck in my city that I could have had instead of being made to drive an hour and a half to a location that wasn't open yet.

Natasha HI was unaware of the price I had to pay after told different over the phone and then it was a different deductible for cash or card and I still haven't received my 100 dollars after told I would highly unappreciated
