The dealer was late so we picked up late. He was very difficult to understand and seemed mostly irritated with me. The truck had the back lock fully cut open and unusable and the passenger door clearly was pried open at some point. The engine whined horribly and there was some sort of issue with the transmission or oil (or both) as it stalled out once. It managed to get us through the day but it was NOT a good experience.

Large language barrier and unclear instructions as a result
ALEXANDER BThis person at the store arrived late and made us do the online check out. And upon returning he made us take pictures of everything and he even though I had filled the gas up he wanted it full or was going to charge me 33 dollars so I went back to the gas station and spent more money to fill up the truck. When I went in the guy told me To just call customer service .
JAMIE BThe drop box was absolutely nowhere to be found. We searched for a half hour walking all over and circling the building trying to locate the box since we had already completed the steps. There were people screaming outside at nothing and no one just screaming. It was extremely uncomfortable and we were already exhausted
MARYANNE LThere was a significant language barrier with the person I picked up the vehicle from. It took some time for us to add a secondary emergency contact into the computer system in order to satisfy the minimum requirements; if they did understand what was required, they were unable to communicate that to me. It would not have been an issue if I had been prompted to add a secondary contact during the online check-in process. Otherwise I was satisfied with my experience at this pick-up location.
