We had scheduled for an in person pick up. When we arrived the location was closed. The owner arrived shortly after. He stated he converted us to a 24:7 pickup. We didn’t know this or know how to use it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen I rented the Uhaul well in advance with what I needed, it was not available at that location. The company made me go to another location where all the equipment I needed was not there also. I wound up having to service the car dolly myself to get it functional. Yes a greasy mess. The dealer was not knowledgeable about it. I should charge Uhaul for my time in making the dolly functionable. The van was fine and worked well. the dolly wound up putting a dent in my car. Would you be happy?
PATRICK JThis is a very new location, so unfortunately, they had no units available besides the one I had put a reservation on. This wouldn't have been a problem except that the bearings on the trailer they gave me made the tires wobble. I took the trailer back to them and had to wait 4 hours to get the trailer fixed. When I went to return the trailer, most of the facilities recommended by U-Haul didn't accept trailers. I had called Calvin at Starcraft (from whom I got the trailer) where the trailer would need to go. This was after multiple calls to the U-Haul customer service number, with no answer. HE told me he didn't know, and good luck.
