I would recommend the location with qualifications. First, the service is comparatively poor. I received zero help in hooking up the 6x12 trailer to my truck, so if I was an inexperienced customer, that would have been a problem. Also, one of the tires looked low; it turns out that it ended up going flat, and I had to call roadside assistance (which was very helpful). Looking back, the location should have dealt with the issue before renting it out. TBH, I should have raised it with them before taking possession of the trailer. Upon return, I was having problems disconnecting because the ball was pinching. Service people at the location were essentially clueless. Eventually I was able to disconnect it. Then, I was told everything was good and did not receive any closing statement. This has resulted in an incorrect return time being posted - I returned the trailer October 31 ~2:00 pm, not Nov 1 11:30 am. The lax paperwork resulted in an overcharge that has , in the end, been correctly reversed. DESPITE ALL THE ABOVE, I still appreciate the location because it is 5 km away from me. Previously, the closest location was ~100 km away. It's a small new location, maybe the service will improve, but it saves me a 2 hr trip both for pickup and dropoff. Just 1) don't expect much help, and 2) get a record from them of your drop off time.
