The location was easy to find and appreciated it was convenient. I would offer that the people in the location were not very knowledgeable and there were some important directions about taking pictures & uploading them before we left that would have been good for them to stress and ensure we knew. I also had to call and find my own blankets when they notified me that none were available. Luckily the other location in town was extremely helpful and ensured that they brought some over.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is aimed at uhaul corporate. build everything into the app, smooth out the interface and reduce the clunkiness of the rental process through the app. I should be able to book, pay, and take photos right on the app. The app seems glitchy and not very smooth.

derrick sI needed to transfer a reservation from a different U-Haul location for same-day pick-up, and Trina made the change quick and easy. No muss, no fuss. I like easy transactions. I will not hesitate to utilize this location again.
