Added $30 insurance charge without telling me. If i didn’t review receipt would have been charged double. Uhaul fixed it but it didn’t feel like an error more like a common practice. Plus office had no uhaul signage

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe pickup location was fine. My complaint is about the cost which is not in their control. The vehicle is advertised at $19.95 to rent. By the time all was said and done, my bill was over $100. I chose to get the $30 damage protection which I know is part of the discrepancy. But I had no idea I’d have to pay for mileage on the vehicle and several other fees. I think advertising it at $19.95 is fraudulent because there is no possible way that someone could actually rent it for only $19.95.

Sean KThis is the worst uhaul experience. I made reservations for a van, six blankets and a dolly. They don’t have a dolly or blankets. I asked for a discount and they refused. The customer service was terrible.
