The person I saw about getting the key did not know what they were doing. I had to call UHaul myself to clear things up. The bed of the truck was filthy. There was trash in the bed. I left the location and once I got to my destination I realized I didn't get the dozen blankets I ordered. When I returned the truck I told the attendant that I didn't get the blankets and not to charge me. A few minutes later I received my receipt from U-Haul and I was charged for the blankets and also charged for the $15 insurance when I selected the $5 insurance online when I reserved the truck. I have rented U-Haul trucks dozens of times over the last 40 years. By far the worst experience I've had.

Jennifer KThey gave me the wrong truck. The truck they gave me was scheduled to be down for maintenance. (No air, bad brakes)!!! When I realized it was the wrong truck. The movers were there and I had to take the time to go back to the store and get the correct truck. The blankets were scattered throughout the truck and I had the wrong dolly. Not a great experience and not even an apology. Would not recommend this company.
