The key was jammed into the lock box. It took about 5 minutes of having to mess with it and get the key free. The shape of the box with the long screws on the interior were caught around the large key chain.

Noah TZERO equipment on site except for the trailer I was picking up. Site couldn't log into the system. Trailer had grease all in it, and your app didn't work at all. My frustration level was well through the roof. The delay caused me to be late for my appointment that had to be rescheduled several weeks out.
Vernon MMy customer experience was not only inadequate, but delayed our travel time. After getting the car trailer, my wife and I could not get the ratchets to work because they were so rusted. Further, we discovered that the latches had been improperly installed because in order to crank it you had to pull the ratchet up (which is the opposite of what the tutorial videos told us). We had to get several of our friends who had engineer backgrounds because customer service was more than an hour away. All of this delayed our leave time by more than an hour. When we arrived at our destination, because of the ratchet’s rusted condition, we could not even release the straps to get our car off. We had to call U-Haul customer service again, and they sent somebody out who admitted to us that the ratchets were so rusted and improperly installed that he had to put new ratchets on the car trailer right then and there. This delayed again our moving experience by more than hour. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I am very disappointed by our U-Haul experience.
