I do not however care for the place you picked for drop off. I had a 26 foot truck, it was a tiny storage facility with no parking. The truck would not fit anywhere. We could not park it in front of building because it blocked both gates in and out of the storage units. The only place available was in front of the dumpster where a sign was placed that said parking reserved for uhaul trucks although it was in a fire lane we left as indicated by the sign. They will likely need to move it to access the trash bin. This was not an adequate fit for this truck. We tried parking it at one of the two neighboring business but they would not allow they said it would be towed. It made things very stressful.

CLIFFORD TU-Haul employee at the Thompson location was EXTREMELY helpful! He called the area office to find a truck that to meet my needs after I misunderstood my online booking. He went above and beyond! The Main St Fayetteville location was very professional and helpful as well. Excellent service all around.
