PAUL WFirst off, not sure why U-haul as a company decides on their own to estimate how many miles and how long I need the truck for an out-of-town move but I could have given all the numbers myself. Instead I'm charged for an entire day more than I need automatically with no option to change that estimation. Turned the truck in 21 hours before it needed to be brought back. That's also including letting it sit in the driveway overnight empty the night before, could have turned it in sooner, should have kept it longer so you guys couldn't rent it out early. Charged an extra 14-15 bucks for the extra miles I needed. Could have taken that out of the extra time you guys automatically made me pay for that I didn't need. That's what I call modern theft.
