Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had a problem with the 24/7 's face recognition software. A living agent had to assist me. She was very nice and pleasant to work with.

TAI EMy overall experience was very good. The only issue I had was the release of the loading ramp. The first day it worked perfectly. However on the second day after releasing the spring loaded ramp lock, the ramp still would not extend.
