Checking in and checking out via the app was a pain in the ass, you need to go back to personal check-ins. Other than that it was a very good experience

Get the pick up and drop off together with what was selected at ordering/ purchase time

Leslie DWe have rented a truck from here twice now and each time they did not give us the extra equipment we had requested. Also there is not much for service at this location so it is difficult to do the self checkout at the location on your phone. Since there is noone around on weekends there is no alternative either.
