Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe arrived about. 11:00 for our 10:30 pickup to a note on the door saying they would return at 1:00. Fortunately, another person came shortly after to pickup and he had the person’s cell number and called him and he came in about 10 minutes.
Bill SFantastic person to deal with would again 5 stars 🌟
Jason DNothing. All was good, be back when need arises
larry sGuy wasn’t there when we arrived. After I called UHaul’s help line and they called him to come give me the key, he told dispatch and said he was helping another customer when he clearly wasn’t. Then he mouthed off to me about me not being there at 10a sharp for pickup (I arrived at 10:15a from 2.5 hrs away) so he left.
