This location is a pickup and drop-off location only. There are no personnel at site. This site worked great for me. It is conveniently located and has ample room for equipment, whether picking up or dropping off.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGiven my choice, I would rather rent from a staffed location. If something is wrong with my hitch, they might be able to look at it. If I didn't have a cell phone, I would not have not been able to connect with UHaul to take the trailer.
David PGet reliable internet service. Rep do a walk-around with customer.
DEAN WDrop off located at to he lot of an abandoned Cenex station. No personnel staffing the site. Office was dark and locked with trash and broken office items scattered all over the outside.
DAVID RLocation owner did what needed to be done to fill my reservation after the system repeatedly did not have available the trailers they had confirmed reservation for at multiple locations. He expedited my pickup and return and was in continuous communication from beginning to end. Apparently the logistics system does not accurately know inventory locations.
