It was all confusing. U-Haul should show closest drop off center to where we unload to return truck to. It took us across to another town way out of our way. Was so much to do picking up and dropping off. Wish I could have watched video before picking up truck. I took photos and got in truck thinking I could send them in. No, you have to be on the app. and it asked you to take photo and upload it. So I could not use my photos for that. Then knew how to do exit photos when we dropped off. Was afraid to leave back of truck unlocked because homeless people were hanging around. I hoped they would not sleep inside and leave a mess for me to have to pay for. That was a strange place.

TEALA HDirty old truck. Quarter tank of gas. Facility and an abandoned strip mall in a CD part of town. Mobile check-in and check out not working.
Terry DI'd also like to thank the guy who helped me return the truck. His name was Decklin (sp??). I'm very low on internet understanding. Without his help I would have been charged for another day or two. The first few times I tried Uhaul.com/return- it wouldn't go to the site. I finally got it to work, but without his help I would have been at wits end. I left the truck with more fuel than I began. I put in 2 gallons for driving 10 miles. I did leave the mat dirty. That's on me. It was raining and we had to walk through some dirty, wet grass to move some things. I didn't even realize it until I had returned the truck when I did the inspection. It was so frustrating with the site, I didn't want to lose the help (Decklin) while I went and cleaned it. So if it's a reasonable charge to clean the mud off the floor, I'll be happy. If it's some outrageous amount that will sour my experience some. Overall I'm pleased. We may be renting a trailer from you. It would be under my friend's name since he has the vehicle with the trailer hitch, but it would be because I'm the one who needs it.
