Left something in the truck, tried calling them 5 times over the course of 3 days, they never answered the phone. Left a message each time explaining what was left, they never returned my calls, finally drove 1 1/2 hours each way, got there during normal business hours and no one answered the door. Of course the truck was already gone. I know it was my fault for leaving my keys in the truck but if they would have answered the phone or returned my call then there would have been a chance to retrieve my keys.

Frank HThe contract quoted .99/15 miles. When we dropped the truck off, we were charged .99/PER MILE. The person advised there was NOTHING she could do. She was charging us per mile, and we would have to take it up with U-Haul.
Susan CIt's a Car Lot... There was No One There and the equipment was scattered at Best... No way to Park anything for your Avg. Joe Glad I have a CDL because getting In and Out of that place was a Joke...
DEVLIN EOne person said one thing, another person said something different. This can potentially cost me hundreds of dollars.I am fighting that battle now. Your people should know exactly what to say. And exactly what the costs are. To tell someone that they can keep a truck and there would be no additional charge. Then turn around and want to charge me hundreds of dollars. No I would not recommend U-haul to anyone.
