My reservation was for 5:45pm- 9:45pm. I arrived at the location at 5:36 pm to find the place closed and the rental locked inside the gate to the parking lot. Finally made contact with the owner at 6pm and was told that "they were slow so I said they could leave." I had to wait 45 minutes for the owner to come get the keys and open the gate, cutting into the time that I had help with moving. When he arrived, it seemed as if he couldn't care less. Also made it seem like it was my fault because I had used the website to order it, saying "they weren't supposed to rent it that way." He did extend my rental time, but that does not make up for the fact that by the time I finally got where I needed to go, I had help for 15 minutes instead of the hour and a half I had planned for. Also, when I got the rental, there was about 1/16 of a tank leaving me with 30 miles until empty.

SANDRA SRay was really helpful. He made sure I was helped promptly and we had a good conversation while dropping off the trailer. He made me feel like I was helping him by dropping off my trailer. I would rent from Ray.
GEORGE RI was very happy. I was treated well. Everything was done like I was the only customer. I will be back with out a doubt. There was much more than just a U-haul rental.
