Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe U-haul only had a little over a quarter of a tank of gas when it was picked up, was not told it should have been a half tank, which I was told the u-haul had to be at a half tank when returned. I noted the gas when I picked up so was disappointed that I had to put extra gas in it to return
Kelli WI didnt think i would have to pay fees at drop off as well as pick other than extra mileage or day. I turned in one day late and got charged for two days. The truck ceiling leaked rain destroying many items in boxes.
Lori FMet me in the parking lot, checked the truck in. I good to go.
DARYL STell someone who has never rented a U-Haul before that they need to take a picture of the license plate and inspect the U-Haul before pulling out bc I didn’t see the message/email until I got home that evening and it was expired. Then I tried calling back but the person working was unavailable both times I called. Also, I wasn’t given any paperwork the drop box where I left the truck. Just a little confusing…
