I had ordered an appliance dollie and a utility dollie and 12 furniture blankets. When we picked up the truck the Dollie's were not included and we only had 1/2 dozen blankets.

Nothing, courteous and professional service
Mart CSimply dropped off the transport in Florence, SC at a commercial truck-stop repair place. Lady was very courteous and younger lady showed me where to back up and drop the transport. Was later emailed receipt for 0 $ due. In and out quickly with no issues. Thank You Uhaul! Loved the medium transport equipment for my F-150 1/2 ton! Nice ride.

Jonathan MImagine being dirty and exhausted from moving. All you want to do is drop off the truck and go home. The after hours key drop is in a secret location and it's dark. You wait 30 minutes for a call center rep, whose only point of reference seem to be outdated photos. She says look for an orange box on the side of a white box truck. Nope, no box truck. The only place you see the address numbers are on one of several mailboxes lined up along the side of the street. Without a single sign to direct you, Google maps streetview is where you find it, but it makes no difference. Finally you end up putting the key in an unmarked black box. The phone rep provides the 4-digit code to open it. Good times. When you get a truck, if there's even a chance your drop off in Florence SC or there's you be after hours be dropping off a uhaul in Florence SC after hours
