This location was clean and easy to find. The truck was clean and well maintained. The only surprise encountered was a broken tire strap on the tow dolly that had been tied together. I did not discover this until the next day when I went to hook it up. I did call the location, and they were willing to take it back, however they only had an auto transport which would have cost more. I did speak with a U-HAUL representative over the phone and sent pictures over the app to show the state of the tow dolly. They had sent a technician out, but another U-Haul location in another area was able to add safety chains. All in all, it was a good experience.
