They charged me for things they weren’t suppose to and when I inquired about the charges told me that I wasn’t the authorized user ..I actually booked it and used my credit card to book it that makes me an autherized user.

The representatives do not check the uhauls before and after every trip . If you choose the Exxon location on Okd Dixie Hwy in Forest Park just make sure to take plenty of pictures of the truck itself inside and out and take pictures of the mileage and fuel before and after your trip to secure yourself

Kaysha FI was overcharged 150% more than original payment for miles I didn’t use as well as for the drop off. I was told nothing could be done about it. I wouldn’t recommend this service at all
