I was charged for an additional 2 hours, and they would not give me a refund. Said they had to wait for payroll. It has been almost a month since my move on 9/12/26 so I had to dispute charges on my CC. I do not recommend using this moving service.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe whole experience was pure chaos. They changed my reservation location and that caused a lot of confusion with my truck rental. The first truck I received was NOT safe to drive, returned for a better truck. Then upon returning it, the person who rented me the truck put for same location drop off even though we talked about me moving cities and they were trying to charge me. The whole experience was not enjoyable and it came with MANY inconveniences
Shavonne RWhen I rented the truck, the associate stated the truck had 5/8 full fuel tank. It had hardly any gas (34 miles to E). The associate told me to take a picture before I left of the fuel which was good advice. I wasn't told that if the truck was brough back with less than a 1/4 tank that I would be charged $30. It's in the fine print but that is something that should be disclosed up front. Otherwise, it looks a bit underhanded. The truck did come back with a quarter tank and that is what is marked on the receipt. The fine print says LESS than a quarter tank will incur the charge. I'm not going to haggle with you over $30 but I also won't be bringing you any more business, so that may be expensive $30 that you charged me today. I also don't care for my driver's license photos being taken with a personal cell phone.
Virgil HI was overcharged twice. I did get refunded the first time. I called back to make the payment. I was quoted $100.89 and even have the receipt for that amount. 2 hours later without my authorization I was charged an additional $23. The customer service at that location is horrible. The two women there are rude and make snide remarks. I should have believed the reviews I saw.
