I accidentally locked the door before taking a photo of the odometer. You might put a reminder somewhere that a customer will need to do that before returning the keys. I was able to call and close transaction, though, no problem. I love U-Haul! THANK YOU.

The main problem with this location, which kept it from having an excellent rating, is the hours posted on the website did not coincide with the actual hours the site is open. It would also be helpful if the phone answering message included their business hours instead of saying they were helping other customers because you have no idea how long to wait for a callback. Also, consider adding a message about calling roadside services if help is required. This would’ve saved me many hours. The personnel at the site were very helpful in person and on the phone once I contacted them.
