Trailer and Towing Supplies
The guy that helped me was AWESOME
I had to rent this truck after my daughter's confirmed reservation was invalidated. She came to pick up her trailer and was told that her reservation was not confirmed. She was only "in a que" and that she would be told when something was available. She reserved this trailer a month in advance for an out of state move! She had her confirmation email for proof. Horrible customer service. They just said there was nothing they could do because "it is a very busy weekend." She had a move scheduled for 2 days later. We were forced to rent a large SUV which was very expensive, and had to rent a moving truck. Also not cheap. Worst experience ever! We will never rely on UHaul again. You need to do MUCH BETTER. Pay attention to your reviews at this location.
Very helpful and understanding
Maybe arrange for better customer parking.
The U-Haul rep we worked with was great. He was very knowledgeable on the equipment and helped us get set up.
Have the reserved equipment available as ordered
Staff was friendly but online check in did not work and I had to go inside and wait well past my scheduled pick up time. Van was not filthy but not clean either. And lastly please explain how the $19.99 rental advertised on the side of the van turns into $102!!! I had it for 6 hours for over $100...ridiculous and will not use Uhaul again.
Very quick professional and easy dropoff.
Experience was good.
Good service both on pick up and drop off. Nice guys!
Staff was awesome!!!
Excellent customer service at this location. The app did not pull up the address but thankfully two employees were outside and we were immediately helped with checking in and getting keys. The main agent who checked us in was professional and friendly. Grateful for that during the C19 pandemic crisis.
Use this location. DO NOT use the 10th St Greeley location
The location is crowded with trucks/returns. Dirt/gravel parking. Not exactly "inviting." The physical location is convenient.
With COVID-19 shutting down the office and using the mobile app to check in was flawless
The truck has many issues. We jumped the battery at least 9 times. This is the 2nd time the equipment was faulty from there Plesse contact me by email for details.
Return lane for self return was blocked and hard to move around in
Inform customers that there's a large fee attached to refilling the tank, and not just the cost of gas per gallon. This would better encourage renters to fill their tank.
A smooth running operation. Thanks.
This U-Haul rental was top 3 worst customer experiences I have ever had. I booked through the Uhaul Website out of the Mile High Uhaul location in Denver and was sent an hour north to get the truck and the a half an hour west to get the trailer. Upon arriving to pick up my trailer I was informed it was moved from the lakewood location back to the original Mile High Location but I had not been called or informed. I received an automated email the next day letting me know but that was too little too late. Upon returning my truck I found out that the Auto Transport reservation had been changed from one way (Denver to California) to a return to Denver. I was charged multiple times for the trailer and insurance and had to spend over 4 hours on the phone from the 1st of April through the 5th of April just to be refunded. George, a customer support supervisor, is one of the worst customer service reps I have had to deal with. He kept telling me that if I just read the policy and contracts I was sent I would have understood. I was emailed contracts and contract updates 18 times over the 5 day stretch. I cannot understand how you can't match the service of other auto rental companies. Letting customers know if the product they are looking to rent is available. Other companies I have done business with in the past were empathetic when I was inconvenienced and would do things to ensure they made me feel understood and valued as a customer. The U-Haul customer reps constantly just quoted "policy" and "company procedure" as their reasoning to why I shouldn't be upset about my experience. I will be doing everything possible in the future to avoid doing business with U-Haul after this rental experience and I will make sure to let anyone listening know how poor of an experience I had.
Clean equipment Wash window Offer to help Incorrect mileage I was told by phone I was given 73 miles plus 35 miles since it was 30 miles from original pickup location Gas was not full I have the picture show the picture
When I went to return a guy walked out and said just leave the trailer there after you unhook it. Mine you I was the only person there and they had 2 employees. The other guy came out and started taking over with unhooking it. Yes, I could have done it myself but the one guy should probably assist with returns or at least offer to help.
Was told I couldn't take the trailer because my left trailer blinker circuit didn't work. Went across the street and replace my trailer wiring harness at advance auto parts Returned only to find out it still didn't work. Then the Uhaul rep representative after my insisting used his led tester on the trailer plug on my truck which revealed it wasn't my truck but in fact the trailet. I then went to the left rear Uhaul trailer LED bulb assembly and wiggled wired which made the trailer itself work. After spending 40 dollars at advance auto for nothing I was told by the rep. That his co worker said he checked the trailer and it wasn't his fault...great except I'm out forty bucks for ignorance and laziness Trailer also had loose brush and an old manual for a child seat laying in it.
They didn’t have the trailer we reserved and we had to go another 50 miles out of the way to get what we needed.
