U-Haul sent me a confirmation email for a different location. After going to the confirmed location, I called the original location and was VERY RUDELY told the truck was there. It was a total disaster on U-Hauls part and the manager at the Bait and Tackle shop was a Rude A-Hole. I won't use U-Haul again (this is not the first problem I've experienced with U-Haul).
