First time I used U-Haul at this location. Brian was very informative , curious and professional. I would definitely use this location again.

MICHAEL JHave someone who can walk a customer through the checkin process. I received nothing from the desk clerk there, a mechanic showed me to the parking spot. If I didn’t go to the app the drop off would have been incomplete. The process should be more apparent and transparent! Even if the clerk informed me of the process to check out via the app would have been appropriate. I hope my claim does not meet with similar disregard and ambivalence
