Wes went above and beyond to help. His service was phenomenal and completely what professionalism should look like everywhere. He was kind, courteous, and genuinely knowledgable about everything we were needing.

MICHAEL BDropped trailer off on monday. Was told I have to use the app for the drop off- when I told them the app wasn't working he just shrugged and said I can do it over wifi when I get home. That didn't work. He didn't offer to help back me up or unhook the trailer. I left it on the lot with no assurances. App did not work. I called several times through the week to get the drop of concluded but nothing happened til friday, the 3rd day over due for the return.
Ammon Cno one there ,had to use app of which did not work well. then was giving the wrong code to unlock back of truck to get the key for truck. then my moving pad and appliance dolly was not there and had to drive to another location to get my equipment! total failure on Uhaul corporate.
