Truck was covered in dead bugs all over the front and windshield. Sun had baked the dead insects onto the surface and was very difficult to clean off, taking multiple attempts to clear the windshield for good visibility.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOffice was closed when I dropped off so didn't go inside. Very easy drop off with app .
Susan MOrdered dollys but they didnt have them. Got charged then had to request refund at drop off.
Brandon NA little upset that the location changed for pickup the day before and was 18 miles away instead of 3. But they were wonderful at this location and very helpful and apologetic about having to change location last minute.
LINDSAY PThe Uhaul app was dismall. The pretrip inspection section timed out before all the required pictures were taken and uploaded. If the app is going to do that, Uhaul management needs to consider removing that module and not requesting pretrip inspections by customers.
