Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisShannon was very Professional and courteous. Thank you.
Tamra RShannon was the one who assisted me. Very polite individual and he is very knowledgeable about his work!! I was moving that exact same day and was a little stressed when I got to the location and he ensured that all my questions were answered. Not only that, my move took a little longer than I expected and I called to inform the office. He quickly dealt with allll my concerns and made me feel so much more at ease. Thank you so much Shannon!!!
Shamberia TThe guy at the desk at the small storage depot was very helpful, tho when doing my id, the person in the phone wasn’t very polite, I had put my id in, I am 21 and have a real license, not a permit. I’m guessing since I still had my under 21 license and Texas has vertical ones (born 03/15/2005) it was flagged. She continued to tell me it was a permit. It isn’t, I have it in my hand looking at it. Didn’t even listen. Again though guy at the desk at the small storage was a legend
Benjamin LShawn was very helpful and extremely nice . Will continue to do business with this location in the future. It was a very pleasant experience for us.
