Diana went above and beyond help in making the return of a truck as easy as possible. She was very professional and friendly and made sure we were satisfied with the return. I would highly recommend using this drop off location.

Tyler (fountain location)and Stephenie (Colorado Springs location) worked well together to provide the best storage unit for my property and also made sure I got the available discounts which helped me with my budget. Steven HI did not get the size truck I wanted. I needed a bigger truck. Had to make 3 trips with the truck I got. Don't know how they messed up my reservation. Asked for a 20 foot truck and got a 10 foot. That trippled my mileage. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Didn't realize that until late in the evening before pick up in the email. When I log on and saw my reservation had a 10 foot truck. No way I reserved a ten foot truck knowing I was moving a 3 BR house.
