WILLIAM HWhen I called customer to switch from a 20" to a 26" truck...the customer service rep didn't ask if I wanted to be opted in for the insurance. She automatically put me in for the insurance. I carry full coverage so any type of vehicle I drive I am fully covered. Now I have to pay $110.00 because of your insurance I DIDNT EVEN NEED SO I WILL NOT BE COMING OR USING UHAUL AGAIN. YOU NEED TO ASK YOUR CUSTOMERA AND NOT HIDE FEES FEOM RHEM AT LEAST GIVE THEM A CHOICE

Jose SWe had a reservation for 10 and when we arrived nobody was there or answering the phone. When we finally got hold of someone they were extremely rude and basically said we had to wait cause her other employee was at a different location taking care of something. Then a fucking hour goes by and he finally shows up and he did the best he could as he told us he wasnt the one who does the uhaul but he got us checked in and gave us the keys. When we were looking at the bill we also noticed they added 2 dollies and 48 blankets that were not in the original reservation so we made him take them off. He never looked at the gas or took milage he just took off to help someone else.When we got the truck it had 1/4 tank of gas and the rental equipment they added to our bill (on their own)was in the back of the truck. The whole experience was fucking awful and disgusting. Customer service even with Uhaul was horrible. Between the storage place and uhaul I dont know how either place is still in business. Absolutely disgusting Customer service on all accounts. I would 1000% not recommend to anyone.
