I pointed out that the left tire was very low. They did not have a pump so gave me $1 to go to the gas station to put air in the tire. It was extremely low, did not even register on my tire gauge. When I got to my location, I had to put more air in the tire, it was down to 45 when should have been at 65.
LOIS WEmployee on shift offered no customer service whatsoever. Told me I was at the incorrect drop location, I needed to leave and return truck at a different U-Haul location. She refused to verify return mileage, condition and cleanliness of truck. Ended up having to call customer service to ensure I was going to be processed and charged correctly.

Luciano VColonial Inn was excellent. However, it was not my scheduled drop off location. The original drop of location is closed on weekends and had posted signs not to drop U-Haul equipment because it would be towed. This location was 30 miles from my home. U-Haul made a big mistake and half of my day was wasted. Moreover, on Friday I went to a U-Haul location 12 miles from my homes. They recommended I not drop off the trailer there because i would be charged up to $500 for leaving it at a non-scheduled location.
