Customer service would be appreciated. The lady was rude from the first phone call until we walked out the door. My friend was taken aback by how rude she was.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe starter went out of the 10 foot unit causing us to return it and seek a replacement. This process proved more difficult then it should be and am hoping that we are only charge the 10 foot rate not the 15 foot rate which was are only replacement choice. Unfortunately due to pickups scheduled we did not have time for this switch over. TY MJ

Kyle RThe office staff was very courteous and helpful in all of my needs, however, the fact that your equipment had no ramp was very disturbing and made my move very cumbersome and more physical than I had anticipated. I have never encountered a rental, anytime in the past, where the equipment did not include a ramp. No, the truck was not low enough to make my move less strenuous and physical. Had the equipment had a ramp, I could have made my move without help, however, loading heavy articles made it necessary to engage additional help at a financial expense I had not anticipated. I was willing to rent a larger truck with a ramp, however, when I called back to your Franklin office I was told none of their trucks had ramps. Therefore, I will recommend, to all I know, at every convenience, to find another rental company other than U Haul for their moving needs. In the future, I will look elsewhere for my moving needs.
