All of U-Haul representatives in the 21704, 21703, 21702, and 21701 area code are within 20 minutes from one another. It would be a good idea if all representatives and online accounts had the ability to locate available equipment from their sites.and online accounts.

SERGEY PEmployee was helpful when it came to check in and out.
Donna GVery convenient location! I needed the truck to bring personal items to the storage at the same address. The lady at the reception had trouble with the system and we spent a lot of precious time trying to upload the back of my driver's license!!! I suggest making the app more effective. It tried to scan the back of my driver's license instead of taking a picture. And I didn't find out how to upload a picture I took myself. Except for the tech glitch, everything was good
Sylvie CThis made my moving experience flawless. Mobile check in is the way to go!
