The equipment was not what I ordered. The rate for insurance was provided incorrectly and I paid more for less than what I needed. The location did help find a solution. Overall prefer another location that I use more frequently as they have more options, more experience possibly. My issue is with the process and phone reservation not being correct. The local vendor did what they could with the incorrect reservation.

Prepare the vehicle properly and notify people using the app that they will need to give out the information of multiple people that will be called at that time. I needed to get my truck early because I had people lined up to help me move but the location did not assign the vehicle to me. I had to wait in the parking lot for 2 hours until they showed up. This put my schedule behind by 2 hours, which affected my ability to move in as planned. This caused me a 24 delay on moving out because I had six people standing around doing nothing for 2 hours. Then I had to do the rest myself with my own vehicle and taking multiple trips. When in the shop, I was told I had to use the app. I did not know that I needed multiple people to be available to confirm my identity when I already uploaded my driver's license and I'm standing in front of a real life person. This added another 30 minute delay. I found this process to be highly inefficient, unexpected, and personally invasive by giving out the phone numbers of people that I didn't know were going to need to be called so early on a Saturday morning.
Anna MLied to me and tried to get me to return the truck to this location even though the reservation said to drop it off at a different location. Fuel tank reading was wrong to I had to add gas I didn't use
SCOTT JSeemed surprised of my arrival for my reservation. Took a while to even come ask me why I was at the shop or what I needed. Needed to converse over a phone held by an employee about my reservation while there, employee was being walked through the process of renting me my equipment.
Nikolai ASending customers to drop off at unmanned locations is bad practice. Relying on websites and apps is not convenient, it's lazy.
