There's no signal at this location making it hard to do the check out and check in process. It cut 1 hour into our time because of the signal issues. We had to stand in the street in order to get signal

Uncertain if the location has poor service or if the app is just very slow and unresponsive at times. Overall easy experience, most frustration was due to app delays/unresponsive.

This was my first time renting a truck and the woman who coordinates the uhaul rentals walked me through the entire process from start to finish. She was very patient, answered all my questions and explained everything. The truck was clean and there were no unexpected charges at the end. The price was exactly as quoted in the contract. I highly recommend renting from Jersey Trucks and Cars.
Karen CThings were going fine until I received my bill. Just want those looking to book confirm and have documentation for charges you OPT out of and are stated as optional on their site when making your reservation because unfortunately there is a big chance you will still be charged additional (optional) fees in the end. The woman at the front desk ensured I would get a refund, a call back of confirmation because she was unaware of how to process it and the manager was "out", and confirmed the error was made on their behalf charging me in the end. That was 6/16/23 and it is now 8/3 and even after following up three times, I continuously get the run around. I will be contacting them in the morning to follow up on what the issue is of over charging and will leave a follow up review in hopes this is resolved in a fast and professional manner. I spoke with a man today and he ensured me once again, I would receive a call back but I am not too confident. It is unfortunate to do this to customers and to neglect claims for weeks. I truly enjoyed the convenience of using this company but very unhappy with how this is being poorly handled.
