ALBERTO HThe worker or agent helping me wasn’t professional. He really didn't know what he was doing. He rented me a truck that wasn’t allowed Than he had to refund me back n took forever for him to do the process n he didn’t know how to do it n had to call the main office. Literally he made an easy rental transaction into a big problem/issues. I was suppose to rent 15 footer n end up renting 10 footer. The 10 footer had issue problem with air tight seal on the driver door. I drove from Fresno to Las Vegas with air blowing through the door with loud wind noise like window was down because the truck had door accident n they didn’t repair it right. If I knew that I wouldn't rent that truck. I just need to report this about him n that place. Wasn’t satisfied paying that much money moving.
PHOUKHAM SThe trailer was well maintained, but the spiders and webs on the inside could have been swept out, and the exterior could have been hosed down.
