Service reps were not on the same page about rental details for return time issues and cost me an extra day of being charged more than I was explained as changing the drop off time - truck was dirty with very very dusty inside and windows weren’t clean visibility was dangerous with water spots and dirt, I had to really clean the windows, and the alignment on the 25 foot truck was extremely off, that’s dangerous

judy mI was provided a faulty truck. The latch was not installed properly so as a result it would bust open.
Karina VThe process to received truck and return were stellar. Customer service on the front desk was exceptional. Really appreciate the business for being in such a accessible and close location to our project.
Robert OIt was not a good experience the gentleman made me wait for the equipment wasn’t sure if he had it and the fuel gauge was at a quarter what is showed me on the paper when i took off it was lower than that but i filled it to quarter when I returned it but still he told me that its not at a quarter from his angle when he sat on the driver seat made me go back and fill more gas i understand that was my fault for not mentioning it right there rather i trusted him Thank you
