Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe never received the moving pads because they didn't have any and they didn't know how to take them off the system. Staff in general didn't know how to handle uhaul. Cab was dirty and had items from previous renter.
WHITNEY BI was quoted $400 for this rental. Got there and paid $502.39. Then paid $180 in gas to make sure it was returned on a full tank. Then they asked me to pay $7 to drop it off and I hit the disagree box because I already paid way more than I was quoted initially but because I had no other way home I had to pay that and i used every dollar I had getting home. Who pays $7 to drop it off after I refueled and cleaned it? I was supposed to get the 15ft truck for the price of the 10ft that’s what the lady on the phone told me.

Justin SAir conditioning in the truck was useless, felt like the heater was on high.
